REGULAR REGISTRATION FEES BEGIN: Tuesday, March 17, 2009
ON-LINE REGISTRATION CLOSES: Thursday, April 17, 2009 (midnight Eastern Daylight Time)
ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED: beginning Wednesday, April 22, 2009
HOTEL RESERVATIONS must be made separately from conference registration. See “Lodging & Meals” for details.

On-Site Registration and Registration Check-in for Pre-Registered Guests will take place in Alumni Hall which is located on the first floor of the Indiana Memorial Union

Wednesday, April 22, 2009: 5:00pm-8:30pm
Thursday, April 23, 2009: 7:30am-6:00pm
Friday, April 24, 2009: 7:30am-12noon

Cancellation of Registration

Prior to April 1st: Full refund less $20.00 administrative fee
After April 1st: Registration fees will not be refunded, but you may elect to substitute another person for your registration
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu

Letter of Invitation/Letter Confirming Registration

If you need a letter confirming your registration or confirming your invitation to present, this can be provided. Letters will only be issued after you have been selected to present and after you have registered and paid the conference registration fees. If you need a letter, please email your request to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu. She will verify your registration and payment of fees and will issue a Letter, as requested.
