If you are flying to EPIC XV you will need to book a flight (we suggest you fly into Indianapolis International Airport) and make arrangements for ground transportation from the airport to the Bloomington campus.
International guests may find direct flights from Europe through Chicago O’Hara (ORD) or Cincinnati, Ohio (CVG) and then take a short 20 – 30 minute flight into Indianapolis. Guests from Asia will find direct flights into Chicago O’Hara (with a short flight from Chicago to Indianapolis)

From Indianapolis airport to the Indiana Memorial Union

• When exiting the Indianapolis airport, get on I 70 East
• Follow I 70 East to I465 South
• Exit I465 at Hwy 37, South toward Martinsville
• Proceed on Hwy 37 through Martinsville
• Exit RIGHT off of Hwy 37 at College Ave and Walnut
• Continue on College Ave to 7th Street
• Turn LEFT on 7th Street
• Turn RIGHT into the circle drive of the Indiana Memorial Union
Participants who are lodged at the Indiana Memorial Union will receive free parking in one of two lots adjacent to the building.
Commuters or participants staying off campus may park in one of the two lots adjoining the Indiana Memorial Union. Discounted parking passes will be available for conference participants at the registration check-in desk.
International Travelers may find it helpful to check current ‘entry to the United States’ requirements at: www.unitedstatesvias.gov. This site serves as a single point of access to US visa information. It will connect you to additional, in-depth information found on other related sites.
If you need a Visa we suggest that you begin the process of applying as early in the planning process as possible.
The Conference Registrar is happy to provide you with a Letter of Invitation, if you need this document to obtain a Visa or to request funding from your institution. Please email your request to: Melissa Kocias, Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu.
Important: Before a Letter can be issued you must first register for the conference and pay all necessary registration fees.
